Previously his lawyer gave an explanation as to why he had so many bottles. Marc Agnifilio, while responding to claims from federal agents that they had found ‘1,000 bottles’ of baby oil at the disgraced rappers home in Miami and LA said; ‘I don’t think it was 1,000. I think it was a lot. I mean, there is a Costco right down the street. I think Americans buy in bulk, as we know,’.

He added; ‘And you know these are consensual adults doing what consensual adults do, you know, we can’t get so puritanical in this country to think that somehow sex is a bad thing because if it was there would be no more people.’

Diddy’s home was raided during an investigation into the rapper. He has since been arrested and detained for racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The rapper is currently detained in Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Centre awaiting trial.

The 54-year-old has been accused of planning ‘Freak Offs’ – which have been described as  ‘elaborate and produced sex performances’ while filming the scenes.

His legal rep said they are feeling positive about their chances in court; ‘He’s just laser-focused, he’s engaged, he’s helpful, he’s confident. We’re going through our defense as we do every day and his spirits are relatively good.’

Costco responded by having a spokesperson tell TMZ on Thursday that none of the company’s U.S. locations carry the product.
